Biography
Fran Watson (Pronouns- she/her/hers) has been practicing law for over 13 years. She represents individuals and small business owners on a variety of issues including estate planning and probate, guardianship, contract and settlement negotiation, and commercial disputes.
Fran is also a certified mediator. As a mediator, Fran assists parties to come to their own resolution by helping them understand and focus on the important issues needed to reach such resolution.
Fran is committed to service. She has a passion for equality and believes everyone deserves a life of dignity, equal access, and fair treatment. She has served in leadership at the local, state, and national levels for organizations and committees whose missions align with those beliefs. Fran regularly speaks on panels and volunteers for legal organizations including the Houston Bar Association, Houston Volunteer Lawyers, and American Gateways.
In addition to her law practice, Fran serves as an Associate Municipal Court Judge for the City of Houston.
